Matt, Ron, Dale, and everyone who was involved in my remodel were polite, professional, respectful. They kept me informed of everything and communicated well. They would show up on time they stated and did not waste time taking breaks, smoking etc. Ron was extremely detailed in his work. They would clean up every day after work. Their bid was very reasonable and they kept close to the cost and they discussed all options of work when something would pop up (as what happens in older home remodels). I was extremely pleased and would recommend this company to all. I will use them again in future for other projects.

Upon selling my home, the buyer's inspection report listed some electric work I needed to have taken care of. After finding that the company I used in the past was not available, I found Craftsman Electric in the BBB listings. They earned a five star rating for the following reasons: 1. They were able to schedule the work in a timely manner. 2. They were on time. 3. They explained what the inspection report had required (I'm not familiar with terms like "double tap" and "loose collar") 4. The bill was actually less than their quote.
